Frequently Asked Questions about Deep Coaching

What happens during a session or coaching cycle?

You start by booking a 40-minutes discovery session:
  • You share what you’re looking for, and together we explore your needs.

  • We make sure there’s a good connection between us. If not, I can refer you to a trusted colleague.

  • We also check if coaching is the right fit for you, or if another type of support would be more appropriate.

After that, we meet for 60- to 90-minute sessions at a pace that fits your needs-usually weekly at first, then every two to four weeks.

My role is to guide you with strategic questions at the right moments, sparking powerful conversations. Together, we explore the patterns and mechanisms that might be holding you back from your goals.

You’ll gain new insights that bring you closer to what truly matters to you, and we’ll create tailored solutions so you can live a life you truly love.

At the end of your coaching cycle, we review your journey to measure and celebrate your progress.

How long does a coaching cycle last?

It depends on your needs, goals, and preferences.
  • If you want support for a specific or urgent issue, we’ll typically work together for 3 to 6 sessions over 4 to 8 months, until you reach your goal. You can always come back if a new challenge arises.

  • If you’re at a turning point in your life and feeling confused about your direction, we’ll take a deeper dive into your values, inner rules, and unconscious blocks. This process usually takes about a year or more. I also offer dedicated programs for these situations-subscribe to my newsletter to stay informed.

  • If you need ongoing support-because you lead a business, manage an NGO, a team, or are pursuing an ambitious dream-coaching can last several years, at a frequency that suits you.

I’m afraid my emotions might overwhelm me

Deep coaching can be emotionally intense and requires real commitment. Not every session is challenging, but some can be. The results, however, are powerful: you gain clarity about what’s been bothering you-sometimes for years-and this awareness gives you the power to change your life.

Feeling tears, discomfort, or awkwardness is normal, but remember: you’re in a safe, confidential space. This is the perfect time and place to release what weighs you down, so you can feel lighter and move forward the way you want. Once you realize that these challenges help you grow, they become important markers of your progress.

And don’t worry-while deep coaching can be serious, I bring a joyful, upbeat energy to our sessions. There’s always room for humor and laughter, too.

Why choose deep coaching?

Because you want to grow, reach your full potential, and live a more fulfilling life aligned with your deepest values. Maybe you’re at a crossroads and need to make important decisions, or you feel stuck and want to overcome what’s holding you back. Or maybe you’re looking for support that isn’t therapy.

Deep coaching focuses on personal transformation and self-discovery. We use your past, present, and future as tools to create well-being right now. I draw on personal development, mindfulness, visualization, and existential exploration, as well as performance and leadership tools, to help you understand your motivations, core values, and aspirations-and to take action quickly.

As a deep coach, I act as a facilitator, supporting you in finding your own answers and building your autonomy. It’s more fun and much faster when you’re not doing it alone!

Is this like seeing a therapist?

Deep coaching is not medical. I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or treat psychological disorders. If I have any doubts about the nature of your challenges, I may refer you to a mental health professional.

Coaching is compatible with, and can complement, therapy-but it does not replace it.

Can you give an example?

Let’s say you’re struggling to find a job. You might not see a therapist for this, but you could work with a life coach. A typical coach would help you with practical steps-writing a resume, preparing cover letters, creating a plan to target companies, or using tools like the Ikigai.

With me, we’d go deeper to explore the underlying reasons for your difficulty and work to resolve them. We’d clarify your core values so you have strong motivation truly connected to what matters to you. You’ll discover what you really want, what you don’t want, and the life path that fits you-while staying realistic about life’s necessities.

Together, we’ll identify limiting behaviors and transform them, replacing old patterns with new habits that fit your new life and make things easier.

How much does it cost?

Since the length of a coaching cycle depends on your needs, the number of sessions, and your pace, my rates vary. They also reflect the quality of my support, built on two years of intensive deep coaching training and an approach that delivers real, lasting results.

In all cases, I offer a first discovery session (40 minutes) at a special rate of €40 to assess your needs. After exploring your situation, I’ll present the most suitable coaching options for you.

If, after this discovery session, you feel it’s not the right fit, there’s no obligation to continue. If you decide to go further, the discovery session is free as part of your package.

The "Boost" single session is available for one-off challenges or specific goals, outside of a coaching package, for €85.

Solidarity rates are available for long-term job seekers, students, or anyone facing financial hardship.
